About NFF

New Future Formula Aps (NFF) was founded on April 1, 2007 by Niels Gørup Christiansen who has worked with EFQM  Business Excellence, Continuous Business Improvement (CBI) and Quality Management in leading international companies for more than 15 years.

Niels Gørup has accomplished remarkable results over the years, such as winning the Danish Quality Award 1999, and being a finalist in the European Excellence Award 2000, both times representing Grundfos, the Danish based front runner within water pumps worldwide.

Niels Gørup and his high performing team have lead a comprehensive development project at York Refrigeration.  The result was a disruptive  innovation that re-defined the rules of the industrial cooling industry, and took Sabroe/York/Johnson Control to the finale for Best Innovation in Denmark in year 2006.

New Future Formula has people from Niels’ various successes on his team. These people have proven their ability to continue to grow and create remarkable results individually  and as part of a team. They have many years of practical international experience from the managerial & executive level and know first hand the biases of large organisations.
